Our clients had found the ideal location, near to the hospital, opposite a big new housing development and not far from a large housing estate. The property had been run as a hair dressers and a tattoo parlour, so we needed to strip it back to shell and core, before turning it into a space efficient, practical cooking area, where customers could either come and get their food, sit in to eat it, or allow for drivers to come and the delivery orders. Space was definitely at a premium, however using every available square foot, John and his team are up and running already and the reviews are fantastic, as is the food!!
