After building a positive and professional relationship with the owners of Captain’s Fish and Chips in Brighton, the team began to undertake one of our biggest projects to date.
Converting 10 single floored flats situated above a parade of shops, into newly renovated two levelled apartments, D Cooke Limited have been undertaking structural developments according to plans approved.
Staircases have been added, terrace and balconies inserted and a green roof is in the making. Waterproofing, Sprinkler Systems and External Cladding specifications have all been complied with, along with continuous communication and teamwork with the Designers to allow this very large project to soon be completed.
